Meetings

The Parish Council meets on the second Monday of May, July, September, November, January and March in the Village Hall, Fordham Road, Freckenham at 7.30pm.  

Members of the public are welcome at all meetings and may address the Council on any matter on the Agenda — maximum time per person is 3 minutes.

The 2024/25 parish council meetings are scheduled as follows (any changes to the scheduled date or time will be published here):

12th May 2025

Meetings will be held in the Village Hall.

There will occasionally be an extra-ordinary meeting (EGM) added, to discuss an issue that cannot wait for the next scheduled meeting.

Please note that the Minutes are presented to the next meeting for approval. If a draft of unapproved minutes is not shown above within one month of the meeting date then it is available from the Clerk.
