Meetings

The Parish Council meets on the second Monday of May, July, September, November, January and March in the Village Hall, Fordham Road, Freckenham at 7.30pm.  

Members of the public are welcome at all meetings and may address the Council on any matter on the Agenda — maximum time per person is 3 minutes.

2025/26 Meetings

The 2025/26 parish council meetings are scheduled as follows (any changes to the scheduled date or time will be published here):

12th May 2025

18th June 2025 (Extra ordinary)

14th July 2025

8th September 2025

10th November 2025 

12th January 2026

9th March 2026

11th May 2026

Meetings will be held in the Village Hall.

There will occasionally be an extra-ordinary meeting (EGM) added, to discuss an issue that cannot wait for the next scheduled meeting.
