Meetings

The Parish Council meets on the second Monday of May, July, September, November, January and March in the Village Hall, Fordham Road, Freckenham at 7.30pm.  

Members of the public are welcome at all meetings and may address the Council on any matter on the Agenda during the Public Participation item — maximum time per person is 3 minutes (maximum of 15 minutes for this item).

2026/27 Meetings

The 2026/27 parish council meetings are scheduled as follows (any changes to the scheduled date or time will be published here):

9th November 2026

11th January 2027

8th March 2027

10th May 2027

Meetings will be held in the Village Hall.

There will occasionally be an extra-ordinary meeting (EGM) added, to discuss an issue that cannot wait for the next scheduled meeting.
